Stay Fit Family Center is open from 4 am - 9 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday from 7 am - 3 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm. It has a friendly atmosphere, lots of machines. And no matter what workout you like whether weightlifting, body toning or cardiovascular, your needs are met at Stay Fit!
