Made an appointment that was confirmed. Then the barber rescheduled for a later time which was fine. Then they canceled the appointment for some reason, so I made a new appointment today which got rescheduled twice to a later time...which is fine sure...then canceled again.... After being confirmed. The reasoning I got was my appointment was never confirmed. Tried calling but voice-mail isn't set up or is full. Unreliable
I got charged a cancellation fee? I canceled 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.. it said if you can 3 hours before you won’t get charged…
Good barber but zero proficiency. Definitely no respect to your time. You book a slot on the website then you may drive to your appointment and find it closed. In addition to many times he is late to the appointment by an hour or more. When he confirms your appointment he is always running behind and requires you to wait 30-40mins. Posted working hours is never true.
First time at the shop.....definitely won't be my last.....Chris is a professional in every sense of the way......I highly recommend....you even get to enjoy a beverage while in the chair.. Chris takes care of you
