John was out this morning on time. He did his inspection and was honest with me about the condition of my roof. He explained in detail how my roof was constructed and the life left on the roof. I would recommend Stay Dry Roofing in Carmel for any repair needs and will be calling them for my roof repairs in the future.
So far, so good. I called and set up an appointment. John and his team did an excellent job with the follow up to confirm my appointment the day before. John, the technician, called and asked if he could arrive early! He found the source of two roof leaks and so far it sounds like it could be a small job. The price he quoted me was very reasonable.

He came to my house to put a patch over the area free of charge until his team could come do the repair a couple days later. The worker who fixed the roof was on time, polite, professional. The final invoice matched my initial estimate. Thank you!! Will use this company for future roofing issues for sure.
Not much more to say than thank you for the job well done. The roofing work was as expected but you got the job done quicker than I thought.
