Carolyn and the whole Stay Waikiki team was so incredibly kind and welcoming to our large group. We were there for 2 weeks and we lived so comfortably. I would recommend stay Waikiki especially for those looking to learn the true meaning of aloha.

Very sketchy hotel. Had to check in from a different location, uncomfortable bed, a dog that barked all night next door (walls are paper thin), and very loud outside. Would not recommend.

We were woken constantly by the row of 15+ homeless people right outside the window talking and even fighting all night. The area felt very unsafe to walk the streets at night. When we could finally get some sleep, we were woken up everyday at 7am by a massive construction site literally across the road.

◎最高ポイント:ワイキキ・ビーチで泳ぎたい人はビーチから近いのでgood、バス停も比較的すぐ近く。 ○いいポイント:電熱コンロ✕４とオーブン付き、冷蔵庫、食器、鍋とフライパン、包丁あたりがセット。 △微妙ポイント:料金が最終的にいくらかわかりにくい。チェックイン時にアメニティ数十ドルを追加で払う事に… 浴槽はなし、ベットはいいけどソファーベッドは二人で寝るのはキツイ。 ✕悪いポイント:カードキーが一枚しかない事 食料品はドン・キホーテあたりで買ってくるのがオススメ、近くのコンビニは２４時間営業していないので飲み物ストックは大事。

The reason I gave this a 3 is because of the quality of service and the kindness of the employees. The front desk clerks are topnotch caring. The rooms on the other hand are not like what you'll see in the website pictures. The kitchen utilities are very low quality especially the pans. One of the pans has rust in it. There is an iron gate that supposed to have key code to open, but it's open all the time and never locks. There are homeless people right outside of the hotel all the time.
