A soft wash is the only method of cleaning that should be used on a vinyl or wooden sided home or roof. This was the second time I hired stay clean. They did an awesome ok job the first time, but only lasted one year. As it turns out as you’ll see by the images, they just did work on June 2nd, and padded the quote stating the top left corner of my garage roof required a special piece of equipment to reach the roof.
