The owners and office staff of this company are unprofessional and unorganized. They do not make schedules ahead of time, leaving clients without care for hours. When questioned about coverage, office staff becomes argumentative and unsympathetic. The staff is the lowest paid in comparison to other downriver agencies which attributes to the company’s high turnover. The owners of this company are the most unprofessional, and dishonest that we have come across, and they are mentally abusive to seniors. They refuse to do their job, and get hateful when any questions are asked of them. They defraud the VA by taking money for a job, then refuse the care to people who really need it, like my father who is a 100% disabled veteran confined to a wheelchair. Horrible office staff. Can't rely on workers schedules. Very short staffed and the lowest of pay for this type of agency. Very good caregivers if you can get one, though there is a huge turnover.
They took care of my Grandfather for 4 years. I never had any issue and my grandfather was happy with the girls that came to take care of him.
I've had Stay at Home care for about years, and the staff & personnel couldn't be more helpful and kind and COURTEOUS.
