Might be the worst experience I have ever had renting a cabin. I booked a cabin in March 2024 for 14 people using Stay At Blue mountain. This rental was booked for the end of June... plenty of time to spare. 24 hours before our rental date I received a call stating that the property was recently sold and the new owners could not get a rental license in time. Wow do I wish that I read the reviews before I booked. Booked a stay for Canada day long weekend, they cancelled less than 2 days before because they sold the property and the new owner didn't get the license in time. Also would not let me get in touch with the owner
Our 2022 staycation at Blue Mountain was cancelled due to COVID in January 2022. We were relieved when Stay at Blue allowed us to reschedule our visit to January 2023. HOWEVER, When we confirmed our rescheduled dates the company informed us that the rates for our chalet had increased by $1000.
