My review is based in only one time in this place. 4.5. near downtown, close to restaurants, stadium. Clean, nice space, quiet, easy and secure, laundry in place, dishwasher, no front desk to deal with. Instructions for check_in easy and detailed. I will stay in this place again.
The Deluxe loft was exceptional! Very clean, great amenities, comfy, close to eateries, and bars etc. If i could, I'd give my stay 10 stars. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay!

I should be checking into this hotel right now but they are closed. I understand why but what I don’t understand is why I can’t get in touch with anyone. The hotel has cancelled our reservation well over a MONTH AGO directing me to call to process my deposit refund. NO ONE has called me back. I left a message. How do you not have any employees working remotely to simply process refunds for accommodations the property itself cancelled? I need someone to contact me ASAP.
