I was waiting in my truck for the shop to be open, and one of their employee just arrived ( white f150) honked at me and start yelling bc I was in the parking lot he says it's employees only (there is no sign at all) the guy inside was pretty cool he tried to help me as much as possible
Extremely rude to the point that I left.
I hope their quality of hose is better then their customer service. Employee took offense to me comparing the new hose to the old. Treated me as a hassle right from the start.
