I crossed the poles on my battery and I figured it was a fuse. I replaced the glass fuse that was blown in the boat but I didn't realize there were fuses on the motor itself. I called three other shops and they only wanted me to bring it in for repair. Stauter told me what it was and how to fix it free of charge over the phone. Extremely friendly and helpful.
