I don't have enough good words for these people. Todd, Caleb, and others. Great customer service. Full knowledge of products. On the telephone troubleshooting. Prompt reasonably price parts. You can pay less for a generator but if you need it reliable go with these guys!
Keith Sellers and Michael Balser, can't say enough. I bought a 5k plus hr Genie 40' lift for personal use about my property. The little Deutz went south. I thought I was hearing things and was starting to shop about for used or rebuilt unit. Being for personal use, money is a big consideration. Micheal was out of office but had Kieth contact me. I was having trouble with a machine with a Deutz Diesel and looked for my local dealer, called set up an appointment and dropped machine. They looked at it a day earlier than expected and did a thorough inspection and took detailed pictures and notes. They came up with solutions based on different price ranges to help solve my engine problems. Overall I felt that they gave me a good service at a fair price and these days what else can you ask for.
