Currently building with Status in Forrestdale, slowest builder in the town. Really unhappy about their workmanship.
We had a very positive experience with Status Builders overall. At the beginning, there were a few delays with the delivery of bricks and bricklaying, but once that stage was completed everything moved forward at a very fast pace. The rest of the process was smooth, well-organised, and managed with great professionalism. Funny how there are houses building built in sub 8 months, and it took 8 months just to get a patio beam painted post keys. I am still dealing with issues on this build that we're identified at PCI in Feb 24. I have rust in my gutters, the gutters have water coming out the overflow slots when they are not full, driveway is sagging, crappy plastering job. Status residential has been absolutely amazing ! Our process has been very easy and Antonio our sales consultant has been helping us through everything. Even during construction, he had always helped us when needed! We absolutely love our new home and our kitchen 🥰! Thanks for helping us build our dream home ! We started our building in January and we are already almost finished .
