I live at a kerley family home and staton mechanical is who they used and they ruined our hvac system! They are the worst company ever! They cost me thousands of dollars to get another company to come out!
RUN! BUYER BEWARE! This company sells great up front, but they do not know what they are doing and DO NOT stand behind their work. I had a brand new 2 story home built in 2013. I wanted 2 units in case 1 failed at any point. The builder “Kenny Hayes” and Mr. Staton talked me into a single 18 seer “best of the best” zone controlled unit. They told me it was so good, that I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime compressor warranty. Staton Mechanical ruin our AC unit. I’ve been in my home for 3 years brand new. West Park at Avalon- Kerley Home’s One of the best unit. American Signature. All parts were under warranty. After there technician initially stated it was the compressor that needed to be replace after having me flip the inside breaker three times it blew the compressor out.
