Extremely impressed with my visit to Statmed. Jodi was awesome as was Jen and Ashley. I highly recommend this office and would return if needed.
The staff here is amazing! I stopped here tonight to get my son assessed for his severe onset ear pain. They were very quick on getting him back to begin the visit. The staff was very polite and had a sense of urgency. Unfortunately I did not get to meet the clinician as they ran my insurance and my deductible was going to be higher than I could afford. I brought my 91 year old father in last week to get his hand checked after a deep cut from his cat. Jodi Coffee and staff were absolutely wonderful. They took great gentle care of my father, cleaned, bandaged and gave a tetanus shot. We were very pleased with the level of care at this location and will definitely use them going forward for our urgent care needs. Thank you team at StatMed Palm Harbor!
FYI. Self pay starts at $180, ended up paying $300 for a ear wax removal
I wanted to self pay because my insurance sucks. They quoted $187 with self pay but since I had insurance said I HAD to use it and it would be $387. What bullshit that you cant pay how you want and the insurance that I pay for would cost me more than without. What help they were and Im still sick. Won't go there again!!
