The doctors are good just rude people that answer the phone how you act like you mad at me because I'm calling to check on refills for my medicine especially a medicine I need rude rude y'all gotta do better on how y'all treat people
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My fiance went into this clinic with covid and the nurse's tested him and all they told him was he did not have the flu and sent him with the prescription for flu medicine. Come to find out when myself had to go to the emergency room found out that we both had COVID so he goes back in trying to get these people to give him the right medication which he should not have to pay for another appointment copay and they tell him that they will call him back and they refuse to call him back. My mother went to her appointment at this office. The lady was so rude and wouldn’t see my mother. My mother is disabled and has a lot of health problems. The lady at the front desk also violated my mother HIPPA rights by telling all her medical issues in from of everyone in the waiting room. Something will be done about this issue.
