I did not have a good experience with Mr. Statler as he simply did not do as he said and billed to do. He quit days before a trial and delayed my case by 8-9 months. He lied, bragged about his wealth and intelligence but applied little effort to helping me. He and the public defender I was assigned to failed to make basic arguments and left me with a pointless appeal. I felt confident that Paul Statler was going to take care of my case but all of a sudden withdrew without calling me back and telling me the reason why. Very upsetting when facing a charge can easily be Taken care of but apparently my case wasn't at the top of his Priority.
