I’ve been coming to Station 8 for years and have always liked it. I have a new stylist - Michael Daley - and he’s fantastic, especially with my curly hair. Highly recommend!!
Deciding to trust a new hair stylist is always a scary thing, and after many months of being nervous to go for it, I finally called and scheduled an appointment with Molly (who based on reviews here was said to be excellent). I have been going to Station 8 for two years. Caitlin is my stylish and she does a great job. She is very sweet and I always enjoy our time together. Everyone there is welcoming - the owner always makes sure to smile warmly and thank me for coming in.
Not transparent about their prices. Men’s cut, 30 minutes total, charged me $72 while online it says $55. Did not disclose this when I made my appointment via phone and not friendly about it when I asked how that could happen. Will not be going back. Nice haircut tho, earning it another star.
Amazing experience with Izzie! I was paired with Izzie, and she was wonderful from start to finish. I came in after a truly awful haircut elsewhere, feeling pretty discouraged, and she listened carefully and empathetically as I explained what had happened. She then helped turn my mood around by steering the conversation towards uplifting topics. Izzie was very clear about what was realistic, and she kept me informed every step of the way.
