Most of other reviews are correct. The apartments inside are nice obviously bc they are new that’s pretty much the few good things. Some of the office staff are nice. In regards to maintenance request they usually are on top of it. Issues are: birds and dropping in vent, lack of parking, ghetto in disguised- tent yelling at one another in hall, a physical fight in the front of building, music blasting late night in apartment and cars, people hanging outside late night being loud in the summer obviously not as much in the win... read more
Worst company ever. Have no sympathy for their tenants. Not a care in the world to what's going on. Waive late fees, put a payment plan in place for your tenants.
Lack of compassion for tenants. Refuse to answer tenants calls. All amenities are closed to the tenants.
WORST COMPANY EVER!! They have NO compassion, NONE whatsoever!! With this pandemic going on.. I’ve lost TWO of my three jobs and my fiancée lost her ONLY job (which brought most of our income) and this company has NO sympathy for the people SUFFERING during this time. If you are going to come to the avenel train station be prepared to park somewhere else. There are 5 regular spots at Station village made for the station. 3 more for handicap (which they just took 1 from the regular when they replaced) and 2 for police vehicles. Out of the 5 regular spots they leave the security vehicle parked there so now it goes down to 4 regular spots. This is now a full time station because of them so they should be helping the community and putting in more spots for the main reason they wanted to build... read more
Horrible customer service and management. They stole my $145 and never told me whether I was approved. I had to call several times and was notified a week later after telling me I would know within 3 days. Zhanna was very rude - yelling, and refusing to acknowledge their mistake. Even though Amanda told me it was a mistake on their behalf. Because of this I lost out almost $745 due to time losing out on a reservation on another apartment. I was excited to live here until I spoke to Zhanna!
