Marianne assisted me with my glasses. She was wonderful, she went over and above to help with the problem I had had from the last pair of frames I purchased that were to small for me and kept falling off my face.
Dr. Mlynarczyk provided me with an excellent eye examination that was thorough and well executed. She took her time to ensure that all aspects of my eye care were attended to and explained everything to me and easy to understand way. I’ve never felt more taken care of at the optometrist! I could not recommend her any higher!
I had a great experience at this optometry clinic, particularly when compared to others in Sault Ste. Marie. The service was exemplary.
Will not be returning..both my wife and my own prescription were off... I had problems with my frames and when I went in about it was told they were way too small and I should never have been sold them. My wife ran out of her eye drops, they were back ordered. When the pharmacy called them to ok a substitute the refused until she came in for a recheck.
Optometrist and reception were wonderful, however the person who assisted with finding a pair of glasses was extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional once I told her that I wanted to stay within my insurance coverage limits and wasn't paying more. Making comments that I didn't own a car and had to look for rides.
