I would not at this time recommend moving to The Point. I have been a resident for a little over a year and since PANCO purchased the community certain things have gone down hill. Recently the ice storm we just had is a good example of how the community is busy trying to save a dime risking the residents safety. The past management/ownership contracted out snow removal, however this year, PANCO is delegating the huge task to our in house short staffed maintenance employees. I became a resident here in 2011. I came here because my husband was dying and he did pass away. After 2 years of being alone,I was scared on the first floor, so I moved to an upstairs unit. Im so upset with this place. They need to get there act together. My kids have lived there for a year now and air has never worked properly and maintenance just seems to not have a clue as to how to fix the problem. It has been in 80's in their apt this week and I have been there three times today and get no satisfaction as to even when they will get to it. A year and it hasnt been fixed right yet!!!!! What is the problem guys. I am suggesting that this problem get fixed asap!!!!! Ive had about enough
Love it here. Have lived here 5 years and have always been serviced immediately if anything was wrong (which has been very infrequent). Would highly recommend these apts.
