This place is a nightmare! This has got to be one of the most inaccurate descriptions of a place to rent I have ever read. Firstly, there is rarely a 3 bedroom available as out of all 37 units there are only 4 of them and as for the 1 bedrooms only 2 units are that size so the other 32 are 2 bedrooms and if you don't "qualify" for a 2 bedroom you will not get one.
