This terminal needs upgrading and the fees for the ships need to be reduced. The decision of whoever charges the port taxes is impacting Victorians. More ships are refusing to start a cruise here so it costs us an extra $1000 by the time we get to Sydney. This was a step back 15 years for cruising in Melbourne. Poorly done to those in authority.
It’s in desperate need of a major restoration. It looks like a cattle shed. It’s so embarrassing for us Melbournians to see passengers arriving to this. What a first impression, So embarrassing!
