Francisco and Fernando figured out right away why my washing machine wasn’t working and fixed it! Kudos to them also for suggesting that they will talk to the community for allowing me to park my car in front of my patio (which is in a loading zone). One of the worst management teams we've ever dealt with. Similar to other comments and complaints we've shared with residents here, it seems it's in their best interest to take away your security deposit and charge you an extra 1k leaving gift. Be careful with their automatic 1 year autorenewal. We emailed the team back then for a 6 month lease and they voided the email receipts we showed to them as they proceeded to automatically place us in a 1 year term. Extremely Disappointed – Health Hazard Ignored by Management I’ve been living at Station Park Green – 410 Station Park Cir – for over 2 years. On July 17th, I reported to the leasing office that a large rat was inside my apartment on the fifth floor. They replied by asking me to wait for pest control, who only showed up after 24 hours.
