Great property! We live here currently and faced no problems. Amenities are good and the property is well kept. Gyms are great, super convenient from Caltrain. We live on 4th floor, near the Delaware side, and we hear no train, no traffic and get a good mix of sun through the year. The park in center is super nice to walk in too every day for us and for parents. And the proximity to 101 is great for daily commute. Highly recommended!!
Lucinda and Angie were fantastic to work with during my rental verification process. They were both responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in helping move things forward. Their support made a big difference in ensuring everything was completed smoothly and on time. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them!
Constant stomping, slamming, and crashing noises from the upstairs late into the night. The impact noise is excessive and seems like there’s little to no insulation or proper flooring underlayment. Normal nightly activity shouldn’t sound this disruptive but constantly wakes me up. Disappointed that this hasn’t been addressed.
