Warning Do not bring your kids to the pool because of 🧟🧟♀️druggies and drunks. So sad and disappointed. When I first moved to Station Park Green the pool☀️ area was clean and all the seats and cushions were new and beautiful. Now it looks like a horror movie dump. All the chairs are worn and have holes . Drugs and alcohol vandalism . Glass bottles and every rule that can be broken is. And this is in the daytime! I feel sorry for the kids who go there wanting to have fun in the pool. Imagine what goes on at night. Scary.... read more
EDIT April 2024: Unfortunately there has been a series of problems, to echo all the most recent reviews, and it keeps getting worse. The people running this place are fantastic, but there has been too many third-world issues that make it difficult to justify paying for the rent here. - Literally all of my FedEx packages have been stolen for the past two months, including some very important and sensitive ones. We’ve been living here since 2020. Mostly chose this location because it was close to work and the building was new at that time. Like all other reviews, package thefts have been common and there have been occasional car break-ins. Even though it’s a gated building it definitely isn’t the most secure one. They did have a management office when we first moved in but they left the property 1/2 years after. Lived in 420, the window is facing the street, very noisy, can hear cars going around the entire night. Essex will charge way more you expected when moving out. They won't list what they want to charge during the pre moveout inspection, which is violating Civil Code Section 1950.5, but you still have to spend time on the court if you want the money back. DON'T TRUST THE RESPONSE THEY GAVE BELOW. They intended to waste your time and charge you more and bet you don't have the time to argue with them from the beginning.
Never left a review in my life, but I just had to with this one. Lived here since 2022 October and our lease is running out in August, will not be signing another lease again and I will strongly encourage everyone not to sign here, even if it means paying a couple hundred more a month (if you can) or having less nice amenities. I signed here seeing nice amenities / apartment designs despite already terrible reviews (2.6 stars as I'm writing) thinking how bad could it really be -- I was dead wrong.
