I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The maintenance team are always friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to major roads and public transportation, making commuting very smooth. The community amenities are comfortable and well designed, providing a great place to relax and unwind.

Very sneaky management team. They will try to money grab and charge you with extra cleaning fees even if you do your own cleaning. Don’t expect to get your security deposit back + expect to pay an additional amount out of pocket. Apt complex was relatively safe, but I lived facing Delaware Street, so we got bus/car pollution into our windows (left black specks). We had a rent promo the first year, but the added utility fees (water, hot water, sewage) were MUCH higher than expected, so the discount didn’t really make a differ... read more
