Scam artist liars They lie about everything never fix anything, I rented with an apartment In it’s previous damage which I have photos of then tried to give me a grocery list of charges that do not even exist. THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I loved my little apartment. 5110 60th street #28 Mark and Irina are always courteous and thorough. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They are more than fair. They are quick to address maintenance issues. I would highly recommend renting from them. <3

Needs a good clean up! I would never recommend this apartment complex. It is very outdated and smells like smoke in the apartment building. Trash is everywhere in the parking lot and on the grass. I highly recommend looking elsewhere! Very noisy!
