Zero stars. Went in here for the first time for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain and infection from a crown I had done many years ago. I was referred to see a specialist and that was actually helpful. Otherwise these people didn’t really help me. They took X-rays that they didn’t need to take and didn’t use for anything, I had to get another set of X-rays done from the specialist and had to pay for both. A top notch office beginning with front office staff, to hygiene appointment and treatment with Dr. Abby. Very personable and caring team. So friendly. The office is modern and up to date on new technologies. A great experience.
I’m not sure this is the dental office for me. Matt the hygienist was great but I waited 20 minutes to see the dentist. She told me she was going to carefully watch 3-4 teeth that were possible pre cavities. I have not had a cavity since childhood and my former dentist never mentioned this.
Good visit as usual. Done quickly and everyone was really friendly.
