I am writing this to warn other customers about the service department at GMC Mansfield. I recently had a situation where a hose was accidentally snapped during an oil change at a different shop (Valvoline).Valvoline admitted the mistake immediately and agreed to cover the repair costs. Matt Soler at GMC Mansfield is the best service rep I’ve worked with in ~20 years of leasing/owning vehicles. Accommodates last minute service requests, is very communicative and transparent on costs, recommended repairs, vehicle status etc. Can’t say enough good things about Matt and the GMC Mansfield team.
The absolute easiest process I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everything was seamless and each staff member I dealt with in the process was friendly, knowlagable, and accomodating to my needs.
