This apartment complex had a post in the clubhouse ( a little over 2 years ago) that solicited 5-star reviews for a chance to enter a raffle so the 4.1 stars is inflated. - I was sent a lease renewal with a 60 day renewal notice that got lost in my emails ( my fault). Then called me a full 16 days in to the 60, forced the 60 notice and forced me to pay them another 1,600 unless i renewed with them. I could start off by saying they’re beautiful apartments they have so much potential on fixing areas that need attention specially safety concerns. I could say the maintenance team tries to keep up thank you however, the management sucks ownership open your eyes if this continues your apartments Will be at half percent occupied please do something about the management in the office

Well, if I have the choice to do a zero star, I would definitely do it. This place is absolutely a joke this was such a nice place a couple years back and it could be if they had the right staff unfortunately, the ladies in the office have no desire on helping anybody at all the manager Elvia Israel seems like she hates her job if she would just care for her residence that would make a difference. Please speak twice before moving here. I will definitely be non-renewing my lease.
