I initially wrote a positive review about this place due to its beautiful apartments at reasonable prices, great location, and cooperative staff. However, my experience took a downturn after moving out. Despite our efforts to leave the apartment in good condition, we were charged $140 for cleaning and $150 for paint touch-ups, on top of a $175 utility bill, which I found reasonable. El pero lugar para vivir , el lugar es muy bonito y moderno sin duda jamas regresaria a vivir aqui o lo recomendaria hace mas de un año el lugar era muy seguro y limpio era muy raro que alguien afectara nuestro descanso en casa pero estos ultimos meses es una locura hay mucho ruido desorden y nadie hace nada dañan tus autos despiertas y esta chocado o simplemente no esta es una locura total porque pagas lo suficiente para que tengan buena seguridad o por lo menos camaras pero su respuesta es solo no podemos hacer nada y sin ... read more
