I lived here for three years. It's not "luxury condominium" ambience because that's not what you're paying for, but it's nice, it's spacious, and the community is caring. The management also really looks out for their tenants and doesn't nickel and dime them which is SO RARE. Here are some things they did that I respected: 1) All of their notices are in English and Spanish, 2) I think they gave me one or two chances on late rent, 3) they graciously pro rate your move out rent if you miss the 60-day notice window (other apart... read more
