This is the "Projects". Don't move here unless you're down and out with no other options. In 6 years there has been 4 different office managers and countless number of different admin. The front office is a rotating door. You can never get in touch with anyone in the office, they're always " out and will be back". Then, you physically go the office and they are sitting in there.....doing what? Idk because they aren't helping the residents. The AI has helped more that the actual humans working in the building. Unfortunately, my interaction with the representative, Alexander, was very disappointing. I had an 430 appointment/viewing . She did not greet me upon arrival and came across as short and unprofessional. When she asked for my documentation, her tone and choice of words were abrupt and inappropriate. The lack of professionalism in her demeanor left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, to the point where I decided not to proceed with the scheduled meeting.
Wow all I can say is these reviews saved me from a headache!! Never seen a rating so low !
imagine trying to move out your apartment and they change the locks. the entire management is a joke and unprofessional. don’t even waste your time here.
