Absolutely horrendous salon experience, if you are at all worried or anxious that your hairstylist is going to ignore you, they will. I showed many pictures of what I wanted and even made several comments throughout the experience asking that my hair not be cut any shorter. 1-I was charged more than the price listed on the website with no explanation. 2-I was rushed out before my hair was fully dry. 3-despite my up front concerns about not wanting my hair over bleached, I now I have white streaks in my hair due to the stylist double booking herself. And that’s after toner. Staff seem nice enough, but the service I received was not what I expect with that kind of pricing.

Best hair cut I've ever had!! I generally don't stray from just a trim because I never get exactly what I want. I wanted a little change as I'm about to give birth and I had some inspiration photos but I was also listened to thoroughly to make sure I got what I wanted. My stylist also made sure I was comfortable and asked me if i needed anything, which im 30 weeks pregnant so I'm always hot and she ran around until she found me a fan and made sure to continue to ask if i was doing okay🥰 It was such a pleasant experience and... read more
