I got these flowers delivered on Saturday, September 13. By Monday, September 15, they were already wilting. So Tuesday, September 16, I called the flower shop and asked, "How long do you guarantee the flowers to stay fresh for?" The lady didn't understand my question until I said "so walmart, kroger, target, sams etc all the big chains have a "freshness guarantee" policy that if the flowers die before let's say a week they'll give you new ones or your money back" she said she didn't have anything like that in place and I sa... read more
