When I first came to Lansing Institute of behavioral medicine I was in need of some help. Dr Ryan Upton has done me and my family a great service. Dr. Upson is kind and understanding and listens to what you have to say and has real concrete answers and great real world advice on how to utilize these answers and put them into practice for every day life. They are a business that cares about making money and they do not care about helping people. That is clear to me as I have been desperate and needing mental health assistance and they canceled my appointment I have been busting my butt to make happen over almost 2 months now because my insurance isn't switched over yet, however it will be before my appointment and they didn't even try to work that out with me. I’m happy that I made a decision to better my life and ask for help. I am very blessed having Ryan and her staff has been wonderful to me. I’ve never had any issues at all with making an appointment. Everybody is very understanding and very caring I highly recommend this place.
