Natausha is SUPREME at her job. (I think I spelled her name incorrectly. ) She listens and knows that I babble so she keeps me on task. Today, she called me about a result and asked in several different ways if I understood, if it made sense, etc. (NOT CONDESCENDING THOUGH) My son has gone to her for a long time and I'm so happy he led me in her direction.
