I'd like to give them zero stars because that's how much they care about customer service. Five emails four voice mails and one actual in-person contact and ZERO help. These people don't give a single you-know-what about service after the sale.
This is the first negative review I've ever posted but I need to warn companies thinking about doing business with State Wide. This company is a joke. Either they are swamped in orders and don't communicate or just incapable of running a business. We wasted months trying to get samples and engineering drawings. After reading other reviews I bet you're lucky to get any product from them at all. Stay away!
