We signed a contract with them nine months ago and we still don’t have working solar panels. Beware the customer service is nonexistent, and they do not care about you after they get paid.
I would give them zero stars if I could. The crew just showed up at our house 3 days before Christmas with no notice. We have now had panels for over 4 months that don’t work. We’re paying for them but can’t use them. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. Mike, the owner, is abrasive and condescending.
