Best Storage facility Ever! – I want to sing the praises of this business because usually, storage facilities are nothing to write home about, but this is the best I have ever utilized, and I am somewhat of an expert....my family were military, so we moved an awful lot, and we saw upwards of 40 storage lockers while we were growing up, and this is not even counting those my family reviewed and rejected! Best Storage in Town – I started out @ Extra Space Storage had a really bad experience .....Becky did not follow through with what she said and left me hanging...The storage there is over priced..Way better deal @ StateWide plus you gotta meet Jeanine, she is so great and goes out of her way to work with you ... the customer comes first ...
Best storage on the WestSide. – The manager was super nice and gave me the best deal I could find. The place is really clean and safe. I thought we needed a bigger unit but with the 10 foot ceiling we were able to stand up the couch and stack our stuff nicely. Everything seemed to work out great. Check them out before you decide where to go they have it all.
Great place to store! – Janean was so nice and a pleasure to speak with. I can't say enough about her she really made a difference. The storage units are clean and the property is very convenient. The price was right and I am very happy with the choice to storage at Statewide. Thanks so much Janean :)

terrible customer service – I'm no expert on storage, but I like to support good people and be treated with respect as a customer. While the facility was nice and clean, the owner is really unpleasant - he seems like a truly miserable person who wants to make everyone else miserable too. I would never send anyone to him, and will never rent from him again. And he wont prorate my rent even though I gave my 10 days because I already payed (early, I might add) and he claims it is nonrefundable. Dont go here.
Great facility! Best Storage in Santa Cruz. I appriciated the long gate hours and good security. Ohh and no homeless!!
