Statewide will do anything for CPD. Don't get them to do anything for your on business or personal. Will not come and fix problems have to call over and over to remind them that there is a problem with there equipment. Definitely not the security camera company to do business with.
Very rude and dismissive when attempted to ask about information on cameras in my neighborhood from when there was a hit and run on my car.
Statewide Security handles the security cameras in the building that I lived in for the past few years. I have had a stretch of bad luck with an auto break-in w/ theft of my photography equipment last year and this past weekend a theft of an entire car. In both cases, I called Statewide and they were able to give CPD footage of the events within 24 hours of the incident. Carey Shealy is a deadbeat!!!! Yuck!!!!!! Check his reviews on any website - BBB, Yellowpages, Google. Nothing but complaints! Don't do business with him or his son. They are grade A scammers, they will take your money, promise the world, and never help you. My son in law had a horrible experience with them. I think Carey has some type of dementia, which is really sad and I feel bad personally for him, but its not good when youre trying to do business with him. Products installed were an LTD/LTS Brand Security Camera System
Any deal that you make with this man, he will pretend to not remember the most important details and try to gaslight you into thinking you lied about it. Never holds up his end of the bargain. I really wonder how he stays in business like this.
