Started with a simple inspection for solar panel installation. Was told a new roof would be covered under insurance due to hail damage, they will do the job for the check amount; only to be harassed by multiple employees who were NOT communicating amongst each other. Started in July, they’ve been on the way to complete the issues I’ve found since October 1, 2025 & today is November 5.
