If it had not been for Brian, Statwide Roofing salesman, I would not have known that I needed to replace my hail damaged roof. He helped every step of the way. Contacting the insurance company, assisting the appraiser and setting up the work.
Called to get repair to vent pipe, just needed caulking. Roof was replaced 7 years ago. Brian went on roof looked around while on phone to Melinda trying to get quote on this and that. Came off roof and took ladder down and told me 3500 dollars. I told him someone was supposed to caulk pipe. Oh yea I saw that on work order. Why did you take ladder down?
