ZERO INTEGRITY! Home was delivered with extensive water damage. I was denied entry repeatedly. They demanded payment for the delivery and setup. I hired 2 separate private inspectors. Both found mold from extensive water damage throughout the home. Home arrived facing the wrong direction. Sheri the owner tried argue it was correct. Referring to the approved site plan. They never got back to me. Bad customer service.
We ordered our manufactured home through Statewide Homes in August 2021. It was during the pandemic so of course, there were delays. It was finally delivered October 2022. We are very happy with our experience. Scott Murray was able to explain the process and answer all questions we had. His team was very helpful as well. We finally have our cozy cabin in the woods that we can enjoy for many years to come.
