I bought my 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Andrew Watkins at Statewide Ford/Lincoln in Van Wert Ohio in April of 2014. Andrew is very knowledgeable of the features and electronics of the "MyLincoln Touch". I have had no problems with the touch screen. I did put a clear "screen protector" on the screen because of having to clean off the fingerprints too often.
