The owner Bruce seemed charming and caring. My house burned down in a fire and I signed a contract for a modular. I had medical issues just a few weeks later and had to cancel the contract. Bruce assured me he'd return my $60,000 deposit. That was in June. The check never came and Bruce refused to go to arbitration although his contract required it, doesn't return calls and still has not refunded my deposit. Beware.
