Chad appraised our home for over $50,000 less than the county assessors website! He was extremely rude on the phone, waited till the last minute to turn the appraisal in, and got serval things wrong on the information in the appraisal! If I could give negative stars I would!!!! On top of everything he has a criminal history of appraising property super low then coming in and buy it!!!!
