Great staff and a great night out hands down, top notch!
I had a horrible experience here not only was it not worth the 25 dollars , a actor spit in my eye (by acident). I talked with management and all they could do was refund my money. They insisted I could not get an infection or and disease from spit in my eye, which is a LIE. They didn't even offer to pay for me to go get my eye checked out from a Doctor. They insisted the EMT on site would tell me everything's OK !!!
It was a great experience. There was 12 of us that went. We all had a really good time. There was very little wait. When we got thru the woods and cemetery to the house we were impressed. The house is amazing. There could hav been more people in the woods and cemetery to be more scary. We thought there should hav been more people being scary thru the line. The path to the haunted house was scarier than the house itself. Too big of groups, hurry up to stand in another line, and way too light in the house. I could see everyone coming! 2 stars is generous!
First the wait in the lines is longer than the haunted house itself. Second there was barely any actors or scares. Definitely not worth the money or wait. They failed with this haunted house.
The place was well designed but not big on scares.
Being sucked into line after line with rude actors is not what I call a haunted house.
There is something here to terrify everyone. We went in a big group, which we thought would protect us but the actors scared everyone in the group,, those leading, us in the middle and even the ones behind us all. We paid extra for the fast pass and it was worth it. So much fun for the Halloween season.
