Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. Bike was dropped off in early June and didn’t have an ounce of work done to it for SEVEN weeks. Was looking at buying a new bike and went and bought a new Kawasaki instead. NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO GOOD BUSINESS. Do not take your bike here!!!
RecommendedGreat customer service. They serviced my son's Grizzly (that I didn't purchase from them) when it was having carb issues. When I brought it home and it still wasn't running right, Doug sent someone to pick it up, and I live in Metter. Now it runs like new. What's more, he called a week later to check in and make sure the Grizzly was running as it should and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Great folks at Yamaha of Statesboro!
Recommendedon vacation for 14 days on our Honda NC 700X & Honda CTX700 when we noticed a rear tire had cords showing after 7000 miles. No one within 200 miles had a tire in stock except Statesboro Yamaha. They also mounted it and recommended a hotel & restaurant. Super nice people and great service. Thanks Doug & everybody there!!
Needed a Christmas present while out of state for work. Statesboro Yamaha hooked me up and held a Raptor 90 for me till I got back. I now have one happy child. Great customer service.
We were there for less than an hour and went home with a newer ride! Service was beyond awesome, staff was the best and we felt welcome! Will continue business with this great shop!
Great friendly service as always. I bought my 2009 Raider S from Doug and they have been the only ones to service it since I bought it. I highly recommend them.
