Listing your hours of operation would be very helpful. Your City Hall for Christ sake.
Worst customer service ever. They never send you a bill. Can’t do auto pay. Never call you to let you know when a bill is due. And if it’s one day late they’ll shut your service off with no notice and charge you $75 to turn it back on. Then make you wait days until they turn it back on. Pathetic
