Bought a brand new set of wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced, they damaged 3 of them and I had to point it out that they were damaged. They were replaced by the shop thankfully, but from the initial mount and balance and two return re-balances, they still have yet to properly balance a new set of tires. Not the first time I’ve had trouble with this “tire” shop.
I just paid $1833.65 for my car to not even get a mile from the place ! I drove it right back and noticed they charged me for antifreeze come to find out my car has water just like I left it ! I do no recommend them !! Was told my lights on the dashboard were clear, they are all still there only the check engine light was gone but popped right back up as soon as I turned it on ! Never again ! Come tomorrow they gone know sum! They closed before I picked it up.
Spent nearly 700$ just for 3 days later my car to be leaking fluid. When i picked it up i was told everything was in good condition no leakage found, rusting on cords no nothing. Found a hole in my muffler that was not there before i took it in as well. I don’t know if y’all tried to fix it to fast or the 3 days y’all took to work on it y’all messed up and had to redo something but my car shouldn’t have been leaking anything after due to nothing leaking when i brought it in.
RecommendedHighly recommend. When I got a very high estimate for new tires from the dealership, I called Statesboro Tire & Brake and they very quickly got me better tires for close to half the price. Sean even went above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule and find a convenient time to put them on.
Huge shout out to Mr. Bubba at Statesboro Tire and Brake. When a person goes out of their way to fix something that is not even vehicle related on a Friday afternoon at closing time and does it with a smile, that's what I call good service!
I’ve used them for about 13 years now. I haven’t had any problems with them. Super nice people.
I love that the are straight forward and will try to work with you anyway they can!
