Employees will interrupt your appointment with gossip about other patients. They are very loud (even with the door closed) everytime I come, making it hard to hear the provider in the room with me. The provider doesn't take your pain seriously. Told me that all of it is in my head, although I feel it in my body everyday. I wouldn't recommend this place, but this is a rural area and the only other option is to travel at least an hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta. Hopefully they get better soon. I'm not sure why this clinic has such bad reviews, I have had very good care here. Ms. Lisa and Mrs. Roush, my nurses, are always in a good mood and very attentive. I dont recall the other nurse's name, but she is ALWAYS hyped and eager to help. I have seen the secretaries have to work with vets who showed up late (me included) and try to work them in. They are very patient as well! It's true that there was Nurse Practitioner who was temporarily serving there, but even in the civilian sector people prefer to go to a Nurse Pr... read more
