It is ridiculous that there is only one employee at the deli counter making a bunch of sandwiches while customers pile up waiting for service. REALLY poor management. Why hasn't the manager set up a protocol for these situations so the person manning the deli can call a manager for assistance? I have been waiting 15 minutes now at the deli counter!
